Sisaljke uzimaju ploče iz vertikanog spremnika i smješta ih horizontalno na dvije uzdužne vodilice. Obje ploče istovremeno putuju vodilicama gurane lancem do položaja ispod hot-melt pištolja koji nanose ljepilo prema programiranom uzorku. Ploče se zatim pomiču do mjesta formiranja. Pneumatska naprava za centriranje pomiče ploče prema kalupu gdje počinje ciklus formiranja pritiskanjem ploča u kalup. Klip gura ploču kartona u kalup. Pri krajnjem donjem položaju dva pneumatska klipa snažno pritisnu i slijepe korpicu koja je zadržana sa četiri naprave za zaustavljanje. Korpica je zatim umetnuta u druge korpice prethodno formirane na isti način.

GD 25 stroj za formiraje gajbica platformi

Dizajn "GD25 Develop" fokusiran je uglavnom na razvoj novog, jednostavnog za korištenje, standardnog stroja za formiranje gajbica sa “PLATFORM” i “CITRUS” krilcima (ili krovićem). Ovaj stroj je preoblikovan 2009. i dalje razvijen 2011. godine , te je tako uvedena fleksibilna, robusna, učinkovita i svestrana verzija “EVO 1”, koja može oblikovati širok opseg gajbica od valovitog kartona. “GD25 Develop” stroj odlikuje jedan od naboljih omjera cijena/kvaliteta na tržištu, visoka pouzdanost, smanjene dimenzije, velika brzina proizvodnje i brza promjera formata.

Neke od značajki “GD25 Develop”:

  • pojednostavljena instalacija uređaja za “dupliranje” kratkih i dugih stranica
  • opremljen “Omron CP1L” PLC-om kojim se može programirati do 80 različitih veličina
  • brzina proizvodnje do 45 gajbica u minuti
  • jednostavan pristup sa tri strane kroz široke zaštitne panele od pleksiglasa
  • stroj je obično spojen sa “TS43” strojem za slaganje gajbica, koji gajbice slaže na izlazu stroja

Sisaljke uzimaju ploču iz horizontalnog spremnika. Ploča zatim putuje vodilicama gurana lancem do položaja ispod stražnjih hot-melt pištolja koji nanose ljepilo za ljepljenje kuteva prema programiranom uzorku. Dvije pneumatske naprave presavijaju krilca kuta pod kutem od 90° kako bi ploča pristajala u zonu gje se kutevi pritišću i sljepljuju. Ploča se zatim pomiče u kontinuiranom pokretu prolazeći ispod prednjih pištolja za nanošenje hot-melt ljepila sve do pneumatskog aktuatora koji centrira ploču u kalup gdje počinje ciklus formiranja. Klip gura ploču kartona u kalup. Snažan pritisak djeluje na stranice gajbice koje se tako slijepe ljepilom koje je još vruće tijekom udara klipa. Gajbica se zaustavi između 4 opružne sprave kako bi klip mogao lako izaći ne povlačeći gajbicu za sobom. Gornja krilca formiraju se pomoću četiri pneumatska cilindra (jedan za svaki kut za bolju izvedbu operacije utiskivanja). Četiri potisne ploče pritisnu i zalijepe krilca uz stranicu gajbice. Tijekom ove operacije primijeni se lagani pritisak na gornja krilca dok četiri pneumatske naprave zaustavljaju gajbicu na dnu kako bi gajbica bila pravilne veličine i savršeno četvrtasta. Radni ciklus je upravljan PLC-om prema specifičnim parametrima ranije namještenim u programu pomoću korisničkog sučelja. Može se pohraniti do 80 različitih veličina.

Sisaljke uzimaju ploču iz horizontalnog spremnika. Ploča zatim putuje vodilicama gurana lancem do položaja ispod hot-melt pištolja koji nanose ljepilo prema programiranom uzorku. Ploča se zatim pomiče do mjesta formiranja gje mora biti savršeno centrirana prije početka ciklusa. Klip gura ploču kartona u kalup. Snažan pritisak djeluje na stranice gajbice koje se tako slijepe ljepilom koje je još vruće tijekom udara klipa. Gajbica se zaustavi između 4 opružne sprave kako bi klip mogao lako izaći ne povlačeći gajbicu za sobom. NEW LIFE series glue guns are built with standard or high-temperature configurations, with one or more modules with different types of centre diameters and nozzles, and with one or more solenoid valves, in order to satisfy the widest range of different requirements. NEW LIFE's main features are: speeds up to 6.000 cycles/minute, AMX 45 module with double interchangeable gasket cartridge, Zero-Cavity self-cleaning nozzle, protective non-stick casing coating, integrated glue filter which is removable without disassembling the hose. This wide, complete range of different models makes it possible for even most demanding Customer to find the best solutions for any gluing needs.

AMX 45 MODULE all guns are equipped with a new AMX 45 Series module that ensures precise, regulated glue application. The most important aspect of the AMX 45 module is its innovative gasket system with the double interchangeable cartridge, which guarantees a perfect seal at high pressures and temperatures in addition to simple, inexpensive, and long-lasting maintenance.

NOZZLE the gun is supplied with stainless steel Zero-Cavity self-cleaning nozzles, available with a minimum diameter of 0.25 mm to a maximum of 1.2 mm. Zero-Cavity is the term used for the cut-off that directly closes the nozzle hole, eliminating any possible impurities and guaranteeing the constant cleanliness of the nozzle.

THERMO-HEATED HOSES FOR HOT-MELT ADHESIVES

PREO flexible high pressure thermo heated hoses convey liquids maintaining their properties unaltered, thanks to the internal constant temperature.
They are available in different models: standard and special versions (high temperature, with external water proof braid and with external rigid protective jacket for movement, with external reduced diameter, with inner exchangeable glue tube and with air tube for spray).
They are available with different nominal diameters of the internal hose (6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 20 and 25 mm), with lengths that differ from 0,4 up to 12 meters and with working temperature between 50 and 230°C.

NOZZLES SERIES KV-LV

Made of stainless steel, currently assembled on standard modules. They offer the option of holes with diameters ranging from minimum 0.25 mm up to maximum di 1.2 mm. They are called Zero- Cavity as the lock inside the module directly closes the nozzle hole shattering possible impurities and making sure the nozzle is always clean and the system always perfectly working
Preo nozzles stand apart from the competition due to their basic technical features, which can be summarized as follows.

APPLICATORS EASY SERIES UBM with high precision gear pump for reactive polyurethane adhesive (PUR) in cartridges

Easy UBM Series applicators for Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) adhesives in cartridges are ideal solution for melting and applying small quantities of PUR adhesive in a variety of sectors such as paper-transformation, bookbinding, textiles, and assembly.
Once the PUR cartridge is inserted and hooked into the melting plate, the lower piston (the only component in movement of the whole system), pushes the cartridge from the bottom guiding it and melting only the required amount of adhesive. With the emissions of radiation upwards, it will be heated only the required amount of adhesive necessary for the supply, avoiding to melt the entire cartridge as happens in all the other equivalent systems. The lower part of the cartridge will always be ambient-temperature until it will be in very close contact with the melting plate, assuring a perfect PUR preservation that won’t undergo deteriorations or reticulations.
Another advantage of the Easy UBM Series applicator is the total absence of glue residuals in the system, that could involve the channels’ clogging and consequently a continuous maintenance of the machine (almost once a week); in addition, thanks to the system technology, is not necessary the use of dry air for prevent the product oxidation and its reticulation in contact with the air humidity.

LCD DISPLAY AND INNOVATIVE PROGRAMMING
This feature provides images of all sections of the machine (tank, pipes, and guns) and the relevant parameters, making it extremely simple to programme the system even for non-specialist personnel. There are no problems involving codes or foreign languages to interpret. A notification area constantly and dynamically monitors the machine's status. Specific messages are displayed for alarms, errors and malfunctions. A rotary switch is used to set all system parameters very easily.

PUR CARTRIDGES
The system uses mono-component PUR adhesive cartridges with a diameter of 125-150 mm and maximum height 200 mm. The cartridge fits directly into the tank with its aluminium inliner and there is no need to add inert gas or dried air. This procedure prevents harmful vapours from being released during the cartridge change phase – a simple, quick and completely safe procedure, thanks to a special system.

EASY MAINTENANCE
All parts of the applicator can be inspected easily because of a practical body design system that opens quickly to facilitate cleaning, especially around the pressure plate area. Thanks to this innovative construction method the entire plant requires almost no maintenance, with clear savings in terms of time and money.

GEAR MOTOR
The applicators are fitted with variable speed AC motors run by horizontally positioned inverters. This arrangement minimises overall dimensions and provides easy access both for inspection and maintenance, through a quick connector and an easy-to-open body system.

HIGH PRECISION GEAR PUMP
The system is fitted with very precise and reliable gear pumps made of fully tempered high speed steel (HSS) with different flow rates. Like the other internal parts of the applicator, the pump is easy to remove in case of maintenance or replacement.

BY-PASS VALVE FOR PRESSURE REGULATION AND RELEASE
This valve maintains the pressure constant with machine settings and ensures the utmost safety during system operation by releasing the pressure of the adhesive inside the plant automatically and safely, even in the event of an emergency.

PRESSURE CONTROL GAUGE
The applicator display shows the output pressure of adhesive at the manifold, monitored by a sophisticated control system. The display can be read like a traditional digital pressure gauge, indicating the pressure of the adhesive in bars.

"MELT ON DEMAND" TECHNOLOGY
The melt on demand melting system only heats the quantity of adhesive required. A piston is activated that presses the cartridge onto the melting plate to feed the manifold. This system makes it possible to reduce thermal stress to a minimum, protecting the remaining adhesive that is perfectly preserved in its original packaging.

APPLICATORS EASY SERIES U with gear pump for hot melt adhesive polyamides and reactive polyurethane (PUR)

In the new U Easy Series applicators for polyamides and reactive polyurethane (PUR) melt hot-melt adhesives the new microprocessor controls all those operations necessary to the system proper running: thermo-regulation in all different system areas, programming control of 8 glue tracks for each of the 4 independent channels. Additional features are: Economy Function, Clock, Weekly Program, Max. temperature alarm, Sequential Heating of all channels and delay Temperature Set Point lock.

HERMETIC MELTING TANK AND SAFETY LID
A large cylindrical, hermetically sealed loading inlet facilitates tank filling. The tank has a capacity of 5 and 8 kg. The tank lid is then blocked by a safety system that prevents it from opening involuntarily or accidentally, and also prevents material from spilling.

LCD DISPLAY
A new LCD display (specifically designed) graphically shows all the machine sections (tank, manifold, hoses and guns with respective parameters), allowing an immediate and extremely easy system programming also by unskilled operators, eliminating problems generated by codes and foreign languages to understand and meaning that the displays are all the same, independently of the country of use. A specific notification area controls the system status constantly and dynamically in all its operation phases. In case of eventual alarms or faults error messages are displayed.

INNOVATIVE PROGRAMMING
Another innovative feature of the new Easy Series is the "Rotary Switch": the selector through which it is possible, with extreme easiness, to program, modify and set section by section all those parameters intended for the system running.

GEAR MOTOR
The applicators are fitted with variable speed AC motors controlled by inverter positioned horizontally so as to have reduced overall dimensions and ease to access both for inspection and maintenance, thanks to a quick connector and to an easy to open body system.

GLUE FILTER
Easy to access and replace, it ensures a better distribution of the adhesive preventing the nozzle clogging due to the presence of impurities in the adhesive.

AIR DRYING SYSTEM
An innovative automatic air drying system (provided as standard and connected to the applicator with a quick coupling connector) removes the air from the tank and replaces it with inert gas or dehumidified dry air to prevent oxidation and thus prevent that the product react irreversibly, in a very brief time, upon contact with humidity in the air.

PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
A sophisticated control system shows on the applicator display the adhesive output pressure in the manifold. This visualisation is comparable to a traditional digital pressure gauge indicating the adhesive pressure in bar.

HIGH PRECISION GEAR PUMP
With the same dimensions it is possible to choose between gear pumps of different capacity. Absolute precision and reliability, they are made of super-quick steel and are fully hardened. Like all the inside parts of the applicator, also the pump is easy to remove in case of maintenance or replacement.

QUICK PRESSURE RELEASE AND REGULATION VALVE
It keeps the pressure set constant and ensures the utmost safety during the system use by and releasing the adhesive pressure into the system in an automatic and safe manner, even in the event of an emergency.

NEW MELTING TANK
The new tank was entirely redesigned to ensure perfect efficiency in terms of melting evenness and capacity. The large loading inlet open on 3 sides makes filling easier, optimizing cleaning and maintenance operations. The heaters are positioned on the bottom of the tank and across the melting fins, and are specifically designed to create a special grid to improve the melting of the glue more efficiently, so it can slide directly towards the pump drawing spot. This heating system allows a homogeneous and uniform distribution of the heat improving the thermal efficiency of the whole system with a consequent energy saving.

HIGH PRECISION GEAR PUMP
Gear pumps of different capacities (0,8 - 3,0 - 7,0 - 10 and 20 cc/rev) are available with the same dimensions. These pumps are absolute precise and reliable, made of fully hardened super-quick steel. Like all internal parts of the applicator, the pump is also easy to remove in case of maintenance or replacement.
The pump is propelled by an inverter-controlled variable speed AC motor.

GLUE FILTER
Easy to access and replace, it guarantees excellent quality of application, preventing impurities in the adhesive from clogging the nozzles. There is a wide range of available models (with single or multi-layer filtering micro-mesh, and different pitches starting from 200 micron) depending on the type of adhesive used.

AUTOMATIC PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
A standard part, it guarantees maximum safety during operation by automatically discharging residual pressure in case of emergency or system shut-down.
