ELECTROPNEUMATIC MANUAL GUNS DE-TR 50

This gluing machine for professional use permits the application of hot melt adhesives granulated. Suitable for bonding small and large surfaces. The fusion system in the closed tank allows to have in a few seconds a large amount of melt adhesive for a fast delivery. The temperature is controlled by thermostat with bimetallic plate, which ensures a particular strenght and resistance at wear. By a melting tank (optional) it is possible to heat the adhesive before using, making faster end cheaper the use of the gluing gun.

MANUAL GUN FOR ADHESIVE IN GRANULES DE-MS 200

New professional model for application of hot melt adhesive in granules. Manual advancement (compressed air is not required). The melting system with closed tank, allows to have, in a few seconds, a large amount of adhesive, ready for a fast application. The temperature is controlled by thermostat with bimetallic plate, which ensures a particular strenght and resistance at wear.

MANUAL GLUE GUNS FOR STICK ADHESIVE DE-simHM 100W - 180W – 300W – 400W

Professional handguns from the DE-simHM program have a power of 100 W to 400 W with high extrusion capacity and high reliability in intensive use. They work with all adhesives in a stick (cartridge) with a diameter of 12 mm, a length of 200 - 300 mm and are suitable for gluing wood, cardboard, metal, glass, materials, ceramics, etc. The advancement of the adhesive is through a mechanical trigger. Operating temperature is 193 °C for models 100W and 180W while with 300W and 400W it is adjustable in the range of 140 - 220 °C.

In addition to guns, we also offer stick adhesives for various applications.

For the flat bed die cut Bobst we are supported by two different Italian partners, specialized to refurbish and upgrade all the range of flat bed die cut Bobst like: series SPO 160 e 1600 but also 1575 EEG – 1575 EE – 1420 E – 1260 E – 1080 – 900

Diamelt s.r.l. is the newest company of Diatec group, born thank to the will of Cav. Diego Mosna.

Diamelt has its own headquarters and production site inside Diatex S.p.A. and it is specialized in the formulation and selling of GLUES and INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVES based on "hot" tecnologies (Hot Melt) and "cold" tecnologies (water base glues).

Diamelt products are mainly used in the following markets:

1) Packaging: hot melt adhesives, used on automatic industrial packaging lines, for closing any kind of boxes and trays, specifically in the food, beverages and durable goods.

2) Labeling: water base glues (synthetic and casein) for labeling glass bottles (beers, sparkling water, wines, oil, milk) or hot melt glues for labeling PET and PVC bottles (sparkling water, milk, juices, oil).

VEGA ALTAIR

This machine is available in four sizes: 160, 200, 240 and 290 cm and it is made of advanced technological solutions useful to assure good quality production in the folding and gluing of corrugated board boxes (N, F, E, B, C , A, K, EB, BC and BA Flutes) up to 30 mm of closed box thickness. The possible productions are the following ones: standard and American boxes, crash lock bottom, 4 and 6 corners, reversed crash lock bottom and with partitions inside.

In order to increase the kind of boxes that can be run with the Vega Altair, two coupling machines are available: the Vega AF and the Vega ADF.

VEGA ADF 160 – 200 – 240 - 290

The double feeder, VEGA ADF, is the most sophisticated accessory of Vega has. It has been manufactured to be coupled to big sizes machineries Altair from 160 to 290 cm and not only Vega brand.
Being completely motorized, it is also equipped of a suction belts brushless motorized double feeder, programmable by means of the VIS System (Vega Integrated System). The perfect joining of the lower and upper blanks is guaranteed by 5 frontal upper and lower lays driven by brushless motors in order to get the best quality at the highest production.
